On April 9, 2024,Redsail Technologies announced their groundbreaking partnership with LTHQ and the T-Rex Integration Platform. Through this partnership, both solutions providers aim to integrate the larger logistics community into the pharmacy community to facilitate controlled goods deliveries.

How will this work?

T-Rex will serve as a centralized hub for data communication between couriers and Redsail’s 10,000+ pharmacies throughout the United States by directly connecting to each pharmacy's instance of DeliveryTrack.

How does this solution benefit my pharmacy and patients?

This integration partnership will provide pharmacies access to a broader selection of fully integrated delivery partners. This increase in choice will provide pharmacies with more pricing options and will simultaneously increase their supply chain resilience.
This new platform will ensure all sensitive data points (HIPPA/PHI) are stored and transmitted to meet your federal, states, and local regulatory requirements. (Fun Fact! The T-Rex platform can retain the delivery data from 90 days to 10 years.)
The T-Rex platform has a state-of-the-art Data Enrichment and Normalization Engine which takes a proactive approach to help correct and/or flag potential data or workflow issues to reduce delivery delays, mistakes, and/or chain of custody errors.

I perform pharmaceutical deliveries today. How does T-Rex help me?

Most controlled deliveries require that couriers perform additional chain of custody steps to meet regulatory requirements. For example, most couriers performing pharmaceutical deliveries for independent and closed-door pharmacies will need to collect paper proof of delivery, an electronic proof of delivery in Delivery Track, and then an electronic proof of delivery in their current TMS to meet all the requirements. However, T-Rex will immediately eliminate the need for drivers to utilize two different delivery applications by seamlessly integrating the courier’s TMS into the pharmacy’s Delivery Track instance. In addition, you can better utilize the strengths of your modern TMS by having access to the tools that make your operation a success. (i.e Driver Compliance, Reporting, Financial Management (Billing/Driver Pay), etc.)
The T-Rex platform will ensure you are compliant with your customer's BAA agreement. This is accomplished by encrypting and storing all sensitive data points (HIPPA/PHI) and e-pod data. The T-Rex platform can retain the delivery data from 90 days to 10 years.
